Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic IT team and play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and managing scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture & Deployment: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience.

• Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts, templates, and tools for efficient cloud provisioning and deployment.

• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions, analyze system performance metrics, and take proactive steps to optimize workloads.

• Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud deployments meet security best practices, compliance requirements, and internal IT policies.

• Collaboration & Support: Work with cross-functional teams including DevOps, development, and IT operations to implement cloud solutions and troubleshoot issues.

• Resource Optimization & Cost Management: Track cloud resource usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize infrastructure for efficiency.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and best practices; mentor junior team members and share knowledge with stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, tools, and best practices; recommend improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Design and implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions in cloud environments.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or related field.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies, containers, and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware).

  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and cloud management.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience Requirements: 3–6 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, architecture, or solutions engineering.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, or Prometheus.

• Security & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, collaboration abilities, and attention to detail.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Professional

  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
