Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Cloud Infrastructure Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of cloud computing. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience working with cloud technologies and enterprise IT operations. The selected candidate will assist the cloud engineering team in provisioning cloud resources, monitoring virtualized environments, handling deployment tasks, and enhancing overall infrastructure performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Operations Support: Assist in managing and maintaining cloud-based services, applications, and virtual environments.
Resource Provisioning: Help deploy and configure cloud resources following best practices and internal standards.
Monitoring & Reporting: Use monitoring tools to track performance, availability, and usage of cloud systems; escalate issues as needed.
Automation Assistance: Contribute to infrastructure automation using basic scripts or tools under guidance from engineers.
Troubleshooting: Support the resolution of infrastructure-related incidents and help maintain operational efficiency.
Documentation: Update knowledge base articles, workflows, and standard operating procedures for cloud systems.
Learning & Collaboration: Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, team meetings, and project discussions to expand technical understanding.
Security Compliance Support: Follow cloud security guidelines and ensure adherence to access policies.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and containerization concepts (Docker or Kubernetes is a plus).
Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell (bonus but not required).
Knowledge of operating systems (Linux / Windows Server environments).
Strong desire to learn cloud engineering and infrastructure operations.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
