Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cloud DevOps Intern to support our engineering team in automating infrastructure, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring efficient deployment workflows. In this role, you will work closely with experienced DevOps and cloud engineers to gain hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.

This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about cloud computing, automation, and continuous integration and delivery. You will learn how to use tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes, while gaining practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. This training-oriented role will help you build a strong technical foundation for future careers in Cloud DevOps Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Platform Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Support: Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning and workflows using scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.

• CI/CD Pipeline Support: Help build, maintain, and troubleshoot continuous integration and deployment pipelines for smooth software releases.

• Cloud Configuration: Work with senior engineers to configure and manage cloud services across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

• Monitoring & Observability: Use monitoring and logging tools to track application performance and notify the team of potential issues.

• Containerization Assistance: Learn and support application containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

• Incident Support: Help investigate and resolve deployment-related issues under guidance.

• Documentation: Create and update DevOps documentation, including deployment guides and runbooks.

• Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance learning.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, IT, DevOps, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and services (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Exposure to scripting with Python, Shell, or PowerShell is a plus.

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software deployment workflows.

• Interest in automation, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native development.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
